This Shipping Policy explains how and when orders from HOWO® are dispatched and delivered. By purchasing through our website, you agree to the terms set out here.

Orders are processed from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. We aim to dispatch standard orders within two business days of confirmation. During busy periods this may take slightly longer. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.


Where We Ship

We currently ship only to the United Kingdom and countries within the European Union. All orders are dispatched from the United Kingdom using tracked services.

We do not offer international delivery outside of these regions at this time.
Orders placed from unsupported countries will be cancelled and refunded.


Shipping Costs

  • UK delivery is £3.95 via Tracked 48 (free on orders over £70)
  • EU delivery is €9.95 via standard tracked service (free on orders over €75)

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the destination and order value.


Delivery Timelines

  • UK: 2–4 working days after dispatch
  • EU: 5–7 working days after dispatch, depending on the destination country

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, customs clearance, or seasonal demand. Please allow extra time during promotional periods, holidays, or new product launches.
EU customers: your parcel may be subject to local VAT or customs duties based on your country’s import regulations.


Delivery Terms

It’s important that you provide complete and accurate delivery details at checkout.
We cannot be held responsible for parcels delayed, lost, or returned due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • Missed delivery attempts
  • Refusal to pay customs charges (for EU orders)

If a parcel is returned to us, we can arrange redelivery once any additional postage costs are covered.

Responsibility for the goods passes to you once delivered to the address provided. If the courier confirms safe delivery (e.g., left with a neighbour or in a safe place), this is done at your own risk.


Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please email us at hello@howo.uk.

We will investigate with the courier and update you. This process may take several working days depending on their policies. If an item is confirmed as lost, we will offer a replacement or refund.
